Overall is quite good! The hotel location was center of penang, very convenient! Staff were friendly and able to help on the problem. Will book again for the next trip in penang.

Stay for 7 nights. Reasonable price. Spacious room & bathroom. Clean enough. Nice view (room w/ seaview). Hot water works well. Fast checkin/checkout.

The room came as a surprise for me. I wasn’t expecting it to be so big, with separate space for the bath tub and shower. It also comes with a massage chair, but i wasn’t a fan of those, so i’m not sure if its working or not. But overall the room is definitely a 10/10 and i will definitely be repeating this room. Worth every penny.
